At I Position Me, LLC our goal is to keep all who participate in the program smiling by providing honest and helpful information on back care, with the objective of reaching all children privileged or underprivileged, whether privately, publically or home-schooled since any child's growing back health is equally as important as their overall health and safety.

I Position Me, LLC was founded and created by Lisa Habermehl - a Kinesiologist with 22 years experience working with pre and post-operative patients, sports injuries, MVA and WC patients, and geriatrics. She also has 14 years experience in dance and gymnastics and 8 years working with children in many forms of creative, rhythmic and physical movement in the U.S. and Canada.

Kinesiology is the study of human movement while applying the sciences of biomechanics, anatomy, exercise physiology and motor behavior.  Kinesiologists are involved in the research and practice of injury prevention, movement rehabilitation and peak performance in the areas of sport, recreation, work, activities of daily living and exercise.
